Jim Sudal Ceramic Design

Jim Sudal is a remarkable sculpture artist based out of Arizona. He was seeking a redesign of his website that was last updated in 2014. He wanted e-commerce integration, so we designed a website that worked with Shopify for a storefront and WordPress for all other pages. One of the criteria of the redesign was to have unexpected moments for visitors using artwork, sketches and other assets. I used video and gifs in sections of the gallery grid to break up what is typically an image only pattern. I was told that visitors were delighted with the refresh!
