2121 Modern Urban Living

I was delighted to work on a team of designers to brand a new, upscale townhome community in Central Phoenix, Arizona. Our client wanted a brand that felt sleek and modern. After the brand was finalized, I got to work creating a comprehensive sign plan that focused on architecture integration and bringing the logo and brand to life in the space. I created a sign matrix that involved messaging and installation details, a sign system that followed architecture plans for lighting and permitting and a sign family for a fabricator to bring to life. Job details included design intent and mechanical artwork.
